Description: A small German town at the foot of the Ammergau Alps, just upon the border of Austria, Füssen’s magnificent mountain views were the most striking memory from my trip to Bavaria. This was the breathtaking view from my hotel window: a colorful, awe-inducing mix of nature’s mountain majesty and bright reddish-orange hues from both the buildings’ paint and the impending sunset.
